The bags can effectively block odors for
2–3 weeks at room temperature. We recommend disposing of them promptly under
high-temperature conditions.

Can the toilet be reused immediately after use?

The unit will display a countdown on the
screen. You may use it again once the countdown finishes.

Can the sealing function handle other waste?

Yes. The system can seal excrements,
organic waste, diapers, feminine hygiene products and so on. Do not put sharp
hard objects or hot ashes inside. Please do not exceed the maximum fill level.

Does the toilet only work with 12V power supply?

The unit supports 12V, 24V, power bank and
power adapter power supply.

Can the toilet run directly on 110V/120V or 220/230V mains power?

A certified dedicated power adapter is required.

What is the maximum load capacity of the toilet?

Maximum sitting load capacity is 150 kg / 330.69 (lbs).

Can the toilet be placed freely without fixed installation?

The standard base is designed for fixed
installation, while mobile application is also available.

Is the absorber necessary for toileting?

No. The product is engineered with the sealing performance of the bags taken into account.

How do I know when the bags are running low?

Equipped with our self-developed remaining-cycle countdown system. The device will remind you of the remaining usable quantity after each use.
